BRONX (CN) - Two men who tried to steal a truckful of yogurt were murdered by men who had had their yogurt stolen before and didn't want it to happen again, the late men's survivors say in Bronx County Court.
The survivors sued the Sunrise Dairy, Dannon Yogurt and others, claiming that were it not for lax security the alleged yogurt thieves would never have tried it.
The men's survivors say the killers waited inside a yogurt truck, killed the men when they entered and then burned the bodies with gasoline to try to hide their identities.
The families are represented by Michael Moses.
