NEW ORLEANS — A federal judge in Louisiana declined to find in favor of Tommy Hilfiger and the Riverwalk shopping mall in New Orleans’s French Quarter, which are sued by a suspended attorney for loss of income after a store employee lowered a gate on her head in response when he heard there was an active shooter at the mall — which turned out to only be firecrackers.
