Fake Veterans

The United States brought a federal complaint Sunkey Publishing, Sun Key Publishing, Fainmail.Com, Wheredata, and four of their officers and managers, claiming they falsely represented to potential military recruits that they are affiliated with the U.S. military and disguise their websites and advertisements as official recruiting entities.

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. — The United States brought a federal complaint Sunkey Publishing, Sun Key Publishing, Fainmail.Com, Wheredata, and four of their officers and managers, claiming they falsely represented to potential military recruits that they are affiliated with the U.S. military and disguise their websites and advertisements as official recruiting entities.
