Fake mics

BROOKLYN — An alleged counterfeiter defaulted on trademark infringement and unfair competition claims brought by Georg Neumann, the German manufacturer of professional microphones for live event and recording purposes, which sued the defendant firm for using the Neumann name to sell fakes of its products. The court issued a permanent injunction prohibiting any more sales of the counterfeit mics.
