Fake Blogger Is Back, Rock Star Says

LOS ANGELES (CN) – Aerosmith’s lead singer Steven Tyler says someone is keeping two fake blogs at blogspot.com, where they publish imagined details about Tyler’s life in daily journal entries purporting to be Tyler’s own.     Tyler says the unknown imposter runs one site that claims to be Tyler’s personal blog, and another that supposedly is kept by Tyler’s girlfriend, Erin Brady. He says the blogs contain 38 entries of lies disguised as Tyler’s musings about his relationships with his children, his girlfriend and his mother, who recently died. Brady’s fake blog is filled with “fabricated thoughts and commentary,” according to the Superior Court complaint.      Tyler, whose given name is Steven Tallarico, says the impersonator is the same person who ran fake blogs under Tyler’s name last year. Google shut those down at Tyler’s request, but apparently the imposter is back in the saddle again.     Tyler wants punitive damages and an injunction.
