In DuPont’s trade secrets beef with several Chinese iron and steel companies, the Ninth Circuit ruled Wednesday that U.S. government agents’ service of criminal summonses on the companies’ U.S. lawyers gave the companies sufficient notice of the actions to satisfy federal law.
