Facebook Page Ban

A federal court in California granted a preliminary injunction to two members of Black Lives Matter, ordering the Sacramento County Sheriff to “unban” them from his Facebook page, finding that the plaintiffs have demonstrated that the page is a public forum and the sheriff “engaged in viewpoint discrimination” when he banned them.
