The Ninth Circuit revived a class action accusing Facebook of using an automated telephone dialing system to send alerts about attempts to log-in from unrecognized devices.

SAN FRANCISCO — The Ninth Circuit revived a class action accusing Facebook of using an automated telephone dialing system to send alerts about attempts to log-in from unrecognized devices. The lead plaintiff says he is not a Facebook user and never consented to such alerts.
