WASHINGTON — A federal court in Washington advanced the Federal Trade Commission's amended complaint accusing Facebook of antitrust violations. The court dismissed the original complaint, finding the commission failed to plausibly allege Facebook has monopoly power in the social networking services market. This time, the court determined the commission "cleared the pleading bar."
