A federal judge dismissed with leave to amend Planner 5D’s  complaint that Facebook and Princeton University crawled through thousands of web pages hosting 5D’s data on three-dimensional objects, then used the data to help Facebook host a contest using it to develop virtual-reality technology for the Oculus brand.
