FAA Accused Of Letting Choppers Burn

RIVERSIDE, CALIF. (CN) - The Federal Aviation Administration, Robinson Helicopter Co. and others have "known about and allowed to wrongfully go unchecked, an unsafe, dangerous condition in certain general aviation helicopter fuel system," which causes death by fire after chopper crashes, two individuals and a business claim in Federal Court.
