LAS VEGAS — Disgruntled fans filed a class action seeking a refund after the Las Vegas Formula One Grand Prix practice run on Nov. 16 was foiled by a loose manhole cover.

class action. Defendants never reimbursed plaintiffs for out-of-pocket expenses they incurred in connection with the cancellation of a practice run race event.
