Eye-tracking technology

CHICAGO — A class of consumers filed a lawsuit under the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act claiming a company’s interactive digital displays on drug store cooler doors covertly track eye movements and use that information to select which drinks to advertise to consumers.
