Eye-Gouging Interest

PHILADELPHIA (CN) - It was not unconscionable to tack a 99.16 percent interest rate on a $2,600 loan to a Pennsylvania man, a federal judge ruled, noting that "Delaware statutes specifically authorize lenders to charge borrowers ... any agreed-upon interest rate."
