Exxon Mobil

In a dispute brought by individuals who claim they or their families were injured because of Exxon Mobil’s efforts to secure a national gas facility in Indonesia, a federal court in Washington granted the plaintiffs’ motion to compel responsive answers from a corporate representative of Exxon Mobil Oil of Indonesia who “refused to answer most of the substantive questions posed to him” during a deposition.

WASHINGTON — In a dispute brought by individuals who claim they or their families were injured because of Exxon Mobil’s efforts to secure a national gas facility in Indonesia, a federal court in Washington granted the plaintiffs’ motion to compel responsive answers from a corporate representative of Exxon Mobil Oil of Indonesia who “refused to answer most of the substantive questions posed to him” during a deposition.
