HARTFORD, Conn. – After their home burned down on Feb. 14, 2017, four people claim in court that the fire spread from a Pantech cellphone, which exploded while connected to a charger built for a Samsung Galaxy S6. A store manager at an AT&T in Connecticut allegedly advised the phone owner to use the charger.
