Expensive Fight Over Potato Chips

DOVER, DEL. (CN) - A fight over potato chips injured a man who had just received a kidney transplant, costing him $65,000 in new medical bills so far, he claims in Kent County Court.

Carmine Poppiti sued Utz Quality Foods and Mark Brokenbough. He claims Brokenbough reinjured him by tackling him during an argument over a delivery of potato chips to a Pathmark store.
