Ex-Trump lawyer license woes

ALBANY, N.Y. — A New York appellate court indefinitely suspended the law license of Kenneth Chesebro, an attorney who worked for the Trump campaign and pleaded guilty to a felony count of conspiracy to commit filing false documents after being charged with participating in efforts to overturn Trump’s loss in Georgia by using fake electors in the 2020 presidential election. The seriousness of the crime bars him from practicing law in New York, the appellate court ruled.
