PHOENIX (CN) - Former Green Bay Packers lineman Tony Mandarich registered a Web site under the name of his ex-fiancée and posted sexually explicit videos and photos of her on it, the woman claims in Maricopa County Court.
Mandarich once was engaged to Sharra Ferbrache, and had videos and photos of her that were meant to be kept private, the complaint states.
Mandarich, with his wife Charlavan, allegedly registered Ferbrache's name as a Web site, knowing "that if a member of the public searched the World Wide Web ... that people would be directed to the domain name sharraferbrache.com thereby exposing (her) personal and private videos and pictures."
The Mandarichs' Web site development business, Mandarich Media Group, is also named as a defendant.
Ferbrache wants all the site's contents removed and Web site taken down, and damages for privacy invasion, emotional distress and other charges.
She is represented by David Wenner with Snyder & Wenner.
