Ex-Deustche Bank Trader Loses Bid For Bonuses

(CN) - A former trader for Deutsche Bank lost his bid for bonuses he says he never received. The New York Court of Appeals ruled that Brian J. Hunter's contract and the employee handbook clearly state that bonuses would be awarded at the bank's discretion.
