Ex Demands $700,000 from ‘Jersey Shore’ Star

MINEOLA, N.Y. (CN) - An alleged former boyfriend claims "Jersey Shore" star Jenni Farley owes him $700,000 for his work finding her the job and negotiating a $17,500 per episode raise and a $75,000 bonus and making sure that she is not paid less than her costars. Thomas Lippolis sued Farley for himself and for WOWW Resources, in Nassau County Court.

Lippolis claims he found the "Jersey Shore" gig for Farley, trademarked her nickname, "JWOWW," and handled other aspects of her career. He claims he set up her website and made deals to develop JWOWW tanning lotion, beauty products and other endorsement deals while she partied on the beaches with Snooki and the gang.

Lippolis claims he also made a deal with a plastic surgeon for Farley to have as many plastic surgeries as she wants in exchange for free advertising.

He says that Farley will not submit to arbitration, because she claims that no contract exists.

Lippolis demands $350,000 for breach of contract and $350,000 for unjust enrichment. He is represented by Jeffrey Baum of Garden City, N.Y.
