Ex-Clients Sue Psychologist’s Estate

SEATTLE (CN) - Five former clients of a Seattle psychologist, who committed suicide after being arrested on suspicion of voyeurism, claim he "sexualized" parenting evaluation interviews, secretly videotaped one plaintiff as she used the bathroom and made sexual advances to another woman. Dr. Stuart Greenberg was an evaluator for the plaintiffs in child custody cases.

Greenberg's license was suspended by the state Board of Psychology in 2007 after a hidden camera and videotape were found in his office bathroom.

Greenberg killed himself a week later.

The plaintiffs sued in King County Court, seeking damages from his estate.
