Ex-Bodyguard Sues Lindsay Lohan

LOS ANGELES (CN) - Lindsay Lohan owes a bodyguard $55,000 for five months work, David Kim claims in Superior Court. Kim claims Lohan promised him $4,000 a day for 24-hour service and $2,800 a day for evening-only work, and that after working for her from October 2006 to March 2007, she "refused to pay him any compensation whatsoever."

Kim also sued Crossheart Productions. He says he had to promise to give up all other work, and that his job duties included protecting Lohan from fans and paparazzi, getting her VIP tables at clubs and concerts, giving tips - for which he has not been reimbursed, arranging VIP parking, arranging for additional security for her - also out of his own pocket, for which he was not reimbursed, and driving Lohan around with her friends, for whom he also provided security.

In addition to stiffing him for about $10,000 in expenses, he says that in November 2006, Lohan's "driver, Jazz,' made an illegal right turn in front of Plaintiff to avoid the paparazzi and collided with Plaintiff's vehicle, causing substantial damage to his personal vehicle," for which she didn't reimburse him either.

Represented by the Linde Law Firm, he demands damages for fraud, conversion, unfair competition, breach of contract, Labor Code violations and distress.
