A federal court in New York dismissed a group of landlords’ case against the state’s attorney general challenging the constitutionality of a state law that halted evictions during the pandemic. The court ruled the AG was not a proper party to the action.

BROOKLYN — A federal court in New York dismissed a group of landlords’ case against the state’s attorney general challenging the constitutionality of a state law that halted evictions during the pandemic. The court ruled the AG was not a proper party to the action.
