European Court Tackles| In Vitro Labor Dispute

LUXEMBOURG - The European Court of Justice ruled that a Salzburg waitress fired while undergoing in vitro fertilization treatment is not entitled to full pay and labor protection, but that her firing constituted gender discrimination because it was based on her in vitro treatment.
