Europe Airport Attacks

WASHINGTON - Syria must pay over $1 billion to each of 26 plaintiffs for its support of the 1985 terror attacks at airports in Rome and Vienna, led by the Abu Nidal Organization, a federal judge ruled.

In a separate order, the judge called for additional briefing as to four Italy-born victims.
