EU Voting Rights

LUXEMBOURG - Though France has stopped automatically banning certain convicts from voting in elections, and such bans are now capped at 10 years, Thierry Delvigne, a man who lost his right to vote under the old regime, failed to regain his rights Tuesday with a challenge to the European Court of Justice.
