PENDLETON, Ore. - The U.S. Forest Service did inadequate studies before approving logging on more than 25,000 acres in the Umatilla National Forest for the Wildcat II Fuels Reduction and Vegetation Management Project, the League of Wilderness Defenders-Blue Mountains Biodiversity Project claims in Federal Court.
