Marshall Point Sea Farm demands $1 million from these defendants, claiming an oil spill from the vessel Anna Lena IV damaged its aquaculture business, and the defendants refused to properly clean the seawater and misrepresented it as safe: Edward Thorbjornson, Anna-Lena Inc., John Stuart & Co., John Stuart, Southport Associates, and Water Quality Insurance Syndicate, in Portland, Maine, Federal Court.
