Pfizer and three subsidiaries, Nepera, Cambrex, and Warner-Lambert, must pay to clean up toxic chemicals dumped for years at lagoons in Hamptonburgh, N.Y., prosecutors say in Manhattan Federal Court. The dump site is called the Nepera Chemical Co. Superfund Site.
