The City of Red Bluff claims the U.S. Department of the Interior's Red Bluff Diversion Fish Passage Improvement Project, for spawning salmon, will prevent it from moving enough water into the Tehama Colusa and Corning Canal systems for water districts that need it, in Sacramento Federal Court.

The Comanche Nation sued the Secretary of the Army, claiming construction of a warehouse at Fort Sill will damage the view of Medicine Bluff and religious ceremonies conducted there, and the Army failed to consult with the tribe before approving the project, in Oklahoma City Federal Court.
