The USA sued Air Products and Chemicals, Alcoa, American Airlines and a host of others in Newark Federal Court for the cost of cleaning up the Chemsol Superfund Site in Piscataway. Click "Environment" header to see the defendants.

Here are the defendants: Air Products and Chemicals, Alcoa, American Airlines, BASF Catalysts LLC, Beazer East, Bristol-Myers Squibb Co., Chevron Environmental Management Co. for itself and on behalf of Chevron USA and Kewanee Industries for Harshaw Chemical Co., Cornell-Dubilier Electronics, The Egyptian Lacquer Manufacturing Co., Foster Wheeler LLC, Kinder Morgan Liquid Terminals LLC for and/or in place of GATX Corp., Mallinckrodt Baker and Mallinckrodt as successor to Mallinckrodt Chemical/JT Maxus Energy Corp. obo Occidental Chemical Corp. as successor to Diamond Shamrock Chemicals Co., Rutgers University, Stoney-Mueller, Mack Trucks, and Warner Lambert Co.
