The USA sued FMC Corp. and BAE Systems Land and Armaments for the cost of cleaning up decades of toxic dumping at the Naval Industrial Reserve Ordnance Plant in Fridley, Minn. BAE bought the site in 2005, the USA says in Minneapolis Federal Court.
