Westar Energy is violating the Clean Air Act at its coal-fired electric power plant in St. Marys, Kan., the USA claims in Kansas City, Kan., Federal Court.

The USA sued Northrop Grumman and 47 others for dumping toxins at the San Gabriel Valley Superfund Site.
