Paper companies and sewer districts dumped or threaten to dump toxic PCBs into the Lower Fox Rivers and Green Bay, the USA and Wisconsin say in Green Bay Federal Court. Defendants include the George A. Whiting Paper Co., International Paper Co., Lafarge North America, and Procter & Gamble Paper Products.

Here are the defendants in the Green Bay case: George A. Whiting Paper Co., Green Bay Metropolitan Sewerage District, Green Bay Packaging, Heart of the Valley Metropolitan Sewerage District, International Paper Co., Lafarge North America, Leicht Transfer & Storage Co., Neenah Foundry Co., The Procter & Gamble Paper Products Co., Union Pacific Railroad, and Wisconsin Public Service Corp.
