NL Industries and others polluted the Raritan River with toxic chemicals, Raritan Baykeeper claims in Newark Federal Court.

Here are the defendants in the Raritan Baykeeper case: NL Industries, NL Management Services, Sayreville Economic and Redevelopment Agency, O'Neill Properties Group, Sayreville Seaport Associates, County of Middlesex, New Jersey Department of Transportation, New Jersey Department of Transportation Commissioner Stephen Dilts, Regional Director of Operations for the Central Region of State of New Jersey Department of Transportation Bernard James, the New Jersey Turnpike Authority, and Executive Director of New Jersey Turnpike Authority Diane Gutierrez-Scaccetti.
