The U.S. Forest Service's Eldorado National Forest Travel Planning decision will damage habitat and wildlife by allowing off-road vehicles in the forest, three environmental groups claim in Sacramento Federal Court.

The Greater Yellowstone Coalition demands that the U.S. Forest Service study the effects of elk feeding and slaughtering before doing it in the Bridger-Teton National Forest, in Cheyenne, Wyo., Federal Court.
