WildEarth Guardians claims the U.S. National Transportation Safety Board blew off its FOIA requests for "documents and records concerning aviation incidents and accidents that are associated with the aerial shooting of wildlife," in Santa Fe, N.M. Federal Court.

The USA and California demand damages for pollution from an old landfill in Monterey Park, Calif., in Los Angeles Federal Court. Here are the defendants: Ameron International Corp., B & C Plating Co., California Dairies, Casex Co., Energy Production & Sales Co., Halliburton Energy Services, International Extrusion Corp., Jaybee Manufacturing Corp., Luxfer Inc., Princess Cruises Limited, Thompson Drilling Co., and YRC Inc.
