Microhits and Ronald Magness claim these defendants sampled their tune "He's a Dream" in the soundtrack for the movie "Flashdance:" Deep Dish Productions, Sony Music Entertainment, Thrive Records, and EMI Music, in Los Angeles Federal Court.

Steve Sutton, formerly of the band Roots, wants an accounting and royalties from these defendants: Kyle Jones pka Scratch, Human Resourcez,!K7 Records, Gold Dust Media, and WMD Music, in Los Angeles Federal Court.

Angel Martinez Alicea pka Ruf El Fantaztiko, Reynaldo Colon Vega, and Freddy Montalvo claim these defendants violated copyright to record tunes on at least three albums: Ramon Alaya, LT's Benjamin Records, Francisco Saldana, Victor Cabrera, Universal Music Distribution Corp., Los Cangris Music Publishing, and El Cartel Records, in Boston Federal Court.
