Cartelz Worldwide paid Keyshia Cole $25,000 just to show up and walk around for half an hour, from 11:30 p.m. till midnight at a New Year's Eve party at Metropolis nightclub in Miami, and she didn't show up till 3 a.m., Cartelz claims in Miami-Dade County Court.
