BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — Icon Entertainment Group sued Bender Entertainment Group, Bob Bender Promotions and The Fox Theater Foundation for $154,000, plus punitive damages, claiming they owe fees for booking comedic ventriloquist Jeff Dunham for two shows. Dunham is not a party to the action in Kern County Court.
