Eleven Eleven Films claims Ascendant Pictures, Christopher Roberts and Chris Eberts stole $2.9 million in loans made to finance three films - "Blackwater Transit," "Who's Your Caddy?" and "The Deal." Eleven Eleven is represented by Greenberg Traurig in Los Angeles Superior Court.

Edward R. Pressman Film Corp. claims its CFO Curtis E. Schroeder misappropriated money and promised to pay it back, but still owes $216,804, in Manhattan Federal Court.

Stephen Sesnick, Frank Keasler, The Village Broadcasting Co., Universal Multimedia, and Univirtual LLC are accused of defrauding investors by claiming to have alliances with major advertisers, in Duval County Court, Fla.

Five more people claim they were fraudulently induced to appear in the "highly offensive" movie, "Borat," and have sued Sacha Baron Cohen and a slew of others in Birmingham, Ala., Federal Court. Plaintiffs are Cindy Streit - who taught the movie's main character etiquette - and Sarah Moseley, Ben McKinnon, Michael Jared and Lynn Jared, who attended the dinner at which Borat acted like Borat.

Landon Duval claims ABC stole his idea for an American Inventor "reality" series, in Los Angeles Superior Court.
