Sean Hendrik Den Bok claims AEG Live, Staples Center and others used his appearance at a 2004 event, "Genius, a Night for Ray Charles," without his consent on a video of the concert, and also used it to advertise the movie, "Ray," also without his consent.

He demands $3.7 million in Los Angeles Superior Court. Defendants include Anschutz Group, Erlich Productions, Stuart Benjamin, Crusader Films, Ken Erlich, and Goldenvoice.
