David Copperfield refused to return $2 million to promoters after canceling appearances, Viva Art International Ltd. and Maz Concerts claim in Los Angeles Superior Court. They also sue David Copperfield's Disappearing Inc., and his attorney, Albert Rettig.

Jupiterimages Corp. claims Steve Shapiro dba Steve Shapiro Music, of California, sold it "more than 2,000 tracks" of music for online sales, which Shapiro did not own, in Bridgeport, Conn., Federal Court.

The (Ted) DeGrazia Foundation claims Vista Capital Group and Sherry Brooks are infringing his trademarked name, "Gallery in the Sun," in Tucson Federal Court.
