London police say that Boy George, whose real name is George O'Dowd, was charged today with falsely imprisoning a model who says he was chained and threatened in O'Dowd's London flat, where he had gone for a photo shoot.
Michael Robertson and his business, MP3 Tunes, illegally distribute music online through two Web sites, Capitol Records and 14 other studios claim in Manhattan Federal Court. They want him shut down, and punitive damages.
