Capcom Co. claims eight of its video games, including "1943 - The Battle of Midway" and "Street Fighter II" were illegally copied and sold by Conway Ho, Hanaho Games, Goodtime Novelty dba Chicago Gaming Co., and Douglas Duba, in Los Angeles Federal Court.

R. Gary Schreiber, and The Legends Corp. claims in Los Angeles Federal Court that these New Jersey-based defendants are violating copyright by selling his videos of Evel Knievel jumps: White Star Entertainment, Kultur Films International, and Dennis Hedlund.

Nicholas Spark claims The New York Times and Lou Reda Productions violated copyright on his photo collage, "Iwo Jima Memorial," in Los Angeles Federal Court.
