Elisa Pugliese claims she was wrongfully expelled from her half-interest in 57th & Irving LLC, which produced the films "August" and "American Teen," which were accepted by the Sundance Film Festival. She sued Carol Morris, Robert Morris and Patrick Morris, in New York County Court.

Despite Lions Gate Films' claims to the contrary, Image Entertainment insists it is not obligated to arbitrate a dispute over DVD distribution of the movie, "Before the Devil Knows You're Dead," in Los Angeles Superior Court.
