Bob Rubin claims John and Rob Schneider owe him a $270,000 finder's fee for obtaining financing for a film starring Rob Schneider, tentatively titled "The Chosen One," in Los Angeles Superior Court.

Custard Corp. accuses Warner-Elektra-Atlantic Corp. of converting and misappropriating money from development deals involving singer-songwriter James Blunt, in Manhattan Federal Court.

Paul Treloar, Gravity Entertainment and others defrauded investors of $75,000 for a putative movie called "Runelords," the investors claim in Milwaukee County Court. They also sue Integrity Investors, Entertainment Holdings, and Marshall Carson aka Freddie M. Carson. They claim the State of Wisconsin has sued Treloar, Integrity and Carson for fraudulent sale of securities, and entered a consent judgment.
