R. Kelly and Row Entertainment juggled the books to cheat a concert promoter of $468,000 on six shows, Milton Peacock claims in Fulton County Court, Atlanta.

Elite Entertainment claims it invested $10 million with an Indian "Bollywood" company - Himesh Vipinbhai Reshammiya dba Himesh Reshammiya Movie Culture, of Mumbai - which cheated Elite of its half share in profits of $25 million to $37 million from the movie, "Aap Ka Kurror," the Real Luv story, in DC Federal Court.
