Respondesign demands $26 million from Ubisoft Entertainment, claiming it failed to market and deliver the "My Fitness Coach" video game for the Wii and PlayStation 2 in time to coincide with the release of the Nintendo Wii Fit game, in Los Angeles Superior Court.

Artist George Rodrigue sued Gibbs Smith Inc. for copyright violations and unfair trade, claiming he donated art for a cookbook to raise money for Hurricane Katrina victims, and Smith used it again without authorization on the cover of another cookbook, "New Orleans Bites," which is not for charity, in New Orleans Federal Court.
